What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery is $4 per order. We offer free shipping for orders above SGD $60 — so feel free to add that extra cute outfit to your cart!
How long will delivery take?
Most of our items are stocked locally in Singapore, so you can expect your order to arrive in just a few days! However, for Newly Launched items, do expect a slightly longer delivery time (up to 5 - 10 working days) — we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Where are your products from?
All our pieces are specially curated from some of the best Korean pet fashion brands. We choose them based on comfort, quality, and of course cuteness!
Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently review returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
We’re happy to offer exchanges if your pet’s clothing isn’t the perfect fit. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and once we reply, kindly return the item to us within 7 days.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back with all packaging and tags intact. We’re unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned with fur, lint, or missing parts. Please also note that sale or personalised items, as well as returns outside the policy period, cannot be exchanged.
Shipping costs for both sending and returning items will be borne by the customer. To avoid any issues, we strongly encourage using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels. Refunds are not available, but once your exchange is approved, we’ll process it promptly within a few working days.
What if I receive a defective item?
